Sculpt & Strength - Cycle Leader
“Hard Work Beats Talent When Talent Doesn’t Work Hard” By Tim Notke. This is one of my favorite quotes. I grew up with three athletic brothers and never felt like I had an athletic bone in my body. UNTIL, the age of 40. When I turned 40 I made a pact with myself that I would run a marathon before I turned 41! Well, now 27 marathons later, along with numerous smaller races and 4 Ironman finishes, I am training for my 5th Ironman competition and have come to love and embrace the fitness world. I am looking forward to helping you reach your fitness goals. I have been a certified cycle instructor for the past 13 years and a certified strength instructor for the past 7 years. I am excited to join the team at Santosha Studio instructing Strength & Sculpt and Cycle class.

Darcey Rodewald
POUND Leader
I grew up in River Falls and currently manage client services at a local business.
I discovered Santosha in February of 2022 and I immediately identified with the community of great people and instructors that I met. I found I could focus on my personal goals and acceptance of myself.
When I began my POUND experience, I loved it immediately. Every class that I went to left me smiling and feeling joyous. I knew that it was something special. The more that I participate in trainings and events the more I love it. The loud music and moves allow melding into the moment so that everything else just fades into the background. I am excited to be able to expand the opportunities to participate in POUND at Santosha Studio.
I love being outdoors and feel fortunate to live in an area with so many state parks. I love snowshoeing, biking, and hiking and trying new activities.

Cycle - TRX - POUND Leader
I have been a group fitness instructor for the past 10 years and teach a variety of classes, including POUND, TRX, and cycling but indoor cycling is my absolute favorite! No matter what else is going on in my life, it all seems to fade away when I get on that bike and start teaching. I have my group fitness certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and I am certified in cycle through Spinning Mad Dogg Athletics, Indoor Cycling Group (ICG), and Stages Indoor Cycling. I have a passion for helping and encouraging people along their fitness journey. I believe fitness is for everyone no matter where you are at in your life. Whether you are brand new to fitness or an old pro, you will benefit from taking one of my classes! When I am not teaching classes you can find me walking my corgi, Sheila or in one of my flower beds soaking up the sunshine. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, especially my 4 children and my 4 grandchildren. I love to speed puzzle, play board games, Bunco, and roller skate. We’ve lived in River Falls for 7+ years and love being a part of the River Falls community!

Kelly Brenna
Yoga Leader, Co-owner
I am a life-long resident of this area and love it here. I have been working out and doing yoga for over 30 years and am recently certified to teach yoga. In a world where everything is moving so fast, yoga helps to slow us down, focus, and appreciate every part of our body.
Being in nature is my religion and my husband and I are active hikers, bikers, kayakers, and many other activities that get us outdoors and appreciating our seasons. We also love spending time with our children, daughters in laws, and grandchildren. Other passions of mine are reading, cooking “clean and healthy” food and traveling whenever, where-ever I can. Helping others achieve their fitness goals and in particular, empowering women to love themselves is something near and dear to my heart.
I look forward to seeing you at classes, whether I am teaching or participating. Namaste!

POUND Leader
I have been a part of the Pound community in Minneapolis for six years. I have enjoyed and experimented with so many formats from Orange Theory, Body Pump, Crossfit, cycle to power yoga. But none offered me a great workout AND the fun, light-heartedness, catharsis and a community like Pound has.
Upon moving to River Falls in 2021 I was delighted to discover the fantastic community Santosha has built, and was thrilled to find Pound a part of it. I'm so happy to have recently certified as a Pound Pro and excited to help build Pound offerings at Santosha! As a recent transplant,
I am having fun exploring and discovering River Falls; my family and I feel so fortunate to have landed in such a great place; it was quite a leap after being in Minneapolis for 16 years. I love to read, cook and bake, experiment with Kombucha brews and now that we actually have a little bit of space, I have ambitions for some gardening this year!

I am on a journey of loving myself and finding santosha…Healthy. Happy. Content. In 2011 my path in life came to sudden and very unexpected turn. Fighting through many emotional and physical battles, I made the intentional choice to find myself again. What I discovered through swimming, cycling and running has transformed my life physically, emotionally and spiritually. I want to help others find this joy!!
I am married to my high school sweetheart, Matt. We have raised three amazing men. One daughter-in-love has joined our family and soon another will join! I have the most amazing grandson, Wilder. My family all lives in the community and being physically active is an important part of our lives. I enjoy spending time with family, my tribe of soul sisters, kayaking, biking, swimming and traveling.
